I defend physicians and other healthcare providers in professional regulatory investigations including before the Virginia Department of Health Professions and the Board of Medicine in Virginia and Washington, D.C. I represent providers in credentialing and privileges matters, databank reporting and private and government investigations. I also counsel clients on risk management and employment issues, including EEOC claims, and provide general counsel services to physicians and their practices. I have defended hundreds of healthcare providers in trial courts throughout Virginia and the District of Columbia in medical malpractice cases.
