After a preliminary meeting with Ms. Griffith, I hired her to prepare and submit a Virginia Medicaid application on behalf of my sister who is under skilled nursing care in a retirement community. A complicating factor is that I live in another state, making communication and contact more difficult. This attorney was not responsive to questions. I had already hired her and just needed one thing done to close out the work with her. I feel honesty is the best policy, so I tried to communicate my issues with her. She then argued with me, was rude and condescending and told me why I was wrong. I... have never been treated so rudely by a professional in my life. This was the worst client service I have received.
