I hired mr halter in 2010 and was facing a long prison term and I was only 17 instead of insisting that I take a plea that would send me to prison he and I agreed to go to jury trial after a 2 day long trial witch included a lot of tough obstacles to over come I was found not guilty on all 17 charges... and now 12 years later I just hired him again and he got me released yesterday even tho he couldn’t be in the courtroom because he had a covid situation instead of postponing he did my hearing from telephone and did great and he is not a lawyer that will take advantage of your bad situation he’s really affordable only lawyer I will ever use in Cecil county
