OUTCOME: Judgment for defendant

I was part of a defense team that successfully defended a residential property manager against claims by former tenants for wrongful eviction, negligence, etc. (We had previously represented the buildi ... ng owner, who was also a defendant in the lawsuit, and had obtained a reasonable settlement on his behalf.) The plaintiffs lost, and the court awarded substantial costs and attorney fees to our client. Plaintiffs have appealed, and the appeal is pending.
