Sherwood Randolph Wescott

Mr. Wescott, started out professional. 1st court date...he arrived late. That was understandable...weather was not the best. He received evidence following the 1st court date and did not examine or review to make any necessary findings. 2nd court date arrives...NO CALL, NO SHOW!!!!. He did not... return any of the calls until after we left the courthouse. I had to represent myself in my case...I had his appearance striken from my case so I could go forth. But the stress and his non chalant attitude toward his failure to appear was very upsetting and disrespectful. He failed to give due diligence and the benefits of counsel as agreed. He is a very knowledgeable attorney,that's why we wanted to hire him. Disappointing
