Brock Steven Shriver

I take great pride in solving the problems facing my clients. I am a fierce litigator always ready to zealously advocate for my clients; however, I believe litigation is only one weapon in the problem solving arsenal. By utilizing a full range of legal options, I strive to offer my clients the best chance of achieving their objectives. Through careful case evaluation, communication, and thoughtful consideration of all options, I am often able to resolve matters without subjecting my clients to the monetary and emotional expense of the litigation process.

I received my law degree from New England Law - Boston, cum laude, where I was a Comments and Notes Editor of The New England Law Review. While in law school, I held a position as a judicial intern to the Honorable N. William Delker in the New Hampshire Superior Court for Rockingham County and the Honorable David Lowy in the Massachusetts Superior Court for Essex County. During my undergraduate studies, I interned for the Honrable William T. Finan in the Circuit Court for Allegany County, Maryland.

I received a Bachelor of Science from Frostburg State University, magna cum laude, where I earned a double major in political science and law and society with a minor in philosophy.

Prior to entering law school, I had the honor of serving as an Electronics Warfare Technician in the United States Navy from 1999 - 2005. In September of 2001, I participated in a first response deployment to the Arabian Gulf aboard the USS Peterson, a Spruance Class destroyer. I also seved aboard the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier for two additional deployments to the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Japan.
