I hired Mr. Reed a few years ago after a car accident where I was injured and had treatment for quite some time. Initially he was friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the course of the years we kept in touch here and there. Once it was time to settle while I understand certain insurance policies ca...n only give so much I quickly felt that he lost interest in what is better for me as he already knew what his share would be. On one of our last interactions he was very arrogant, and told me straight to my face that these additional copies, filling etc fees were necessary even after I suggested that these were his cost of business not mine. In any case I found him non sympathetic disrespectful to me the injured who lives with the pain and suffering until now. After a 2nd consultation with another law office they had the courtesy to talk to him and knock down these extra fees that ended up giving him more money than what I would be left with. Maybe he thought that as a single young female treating me this way is ok. It's not. He may know the law but your people skills are terrible. You deal with people who have been wronged and injured. Have some consideration for our pain and the decency to give us as much compensation as is possible. How can you take more money than the injured person? How is that exactly fair? Anyway you won't ever get my recommendations.
