Prior to founding The Badaki Law Firm, Ayodeji served as an Officer with the Legal Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) were he was responsible for overseeing research and law reform projects in several different areas of law including tax, corporate law, contracts, financial regulatory matters and international law. During his tenure at the IMF, he also gained a broad understanding of various aspects of immigration law and policy. Ayodeji holds a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law where he was an Editor for the Law Forum and a Student Attorney with the University of Baltimore Tax Law Clinic. Ayodeji also holds an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was a founding member of the Georgetown Securities and Financial Law Forum.
