Jennifer Ann Gannon

Prior to joining Durham Jones & Pinegar, Ms. Gannon spent five years in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins’s San Diego, California, office. During her career, she has represented both public and private companies in a wide variety of corporate transactions. She also worked for three years as legal counsel for the environmental company Clear Creek Systems, Inc. in Bakersfield, California. Ms. Gannon is Of Counsel to Durham Jones & Pinegar, and her practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general company representation of both private and public companies in a broad range of industries.
