I am an experienced, aggressive, custody and divorce litigator. Always have been. I don't do other types of cases anymore because my clients benefit from the focus.
I have authored books on custody and divorce picked up as far as the UK. I have been featured on good morning America, ABC, NBC, every US newspaper most English ones and was interviewed on the BBC and French public tv.
I am licensed by the US state department retrieve children from other countries (not just other states) and i have a part time European office.
I and others with vast experience wondered why are such as us 8.5 etc. 7s 9s but an overwhelming number of avvo listed lawyers are mere teenyboppers (under 35 yoa been to court max ten, not 3000 times)
Yet, this site is crammed with teenyboppers men and women (a guy in a cowboy outfit....really) who have a 10 score. They typically have a lap top and a phone with free Google voice, not an answering service, a staff or even an office but are all over avvo with a 10 how we allllll asked....
FINALLY AVVO REVEALED/CONFESDED TO ME THE PROTOCOL IS 65-70 OBJECTIVE AND MEASURABLE, REALIABLE... YEAR IN PRACTICE....AREAS....ACADEMICS... WIN/LOSE. ISNT THAT WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW WHEN THRVCHIPS ARE DOWN?⁰
but the secret sauce is "peer reviews" and inept lawyer with free time not interupted by court or clients or lawyering send "she/he is just so darn good" notes back and for (,often to one as nother" and that matters to avvo. Does it give you confidence? Its not about my frustration Chris Rolle has decades of experience has a 7.5 and I don't even like him, Jay russel the same he's 8 something...dump avvo.
