Patrick Wise Flynn

Zero compassion, aggressive and belittling. As the victim of an accident in which Mr Wise is prosecuting for the state, he has treated me with absolute distain. He did not contact me before the 1st jury trial date, instead had someone let me know less then 24 hours before trial that it was postponed.... Zero regard for the victims mental health and well being while they prepare each time before trial, reliving thier trauma. I was finally called 10 days before the 2nd Jury trial was to begin, and spoken to like a difficult child. I am told there's not enough evidence to continue with trial. It's been 13 months, where are the traffic cameras, the body cam interveiws? There were 3 witnesses in the car with the driver, where are they? Heasked me how I wanted to move forward and I told him I wanted to go to trial and he SNAPPED back THATS NOT YOUR DECISION! It's now 2 days before trial and I do not know for sure yet if there will be a trial. My life is in limbo until Mr Flynn decides to let me know. Again, I am the VICTIM. I was hit by a drunk driver with several open warrants who fled the scene, leaving his 3 passengers (WITNESSES) behind. The defendant claims it cant be proven he was driving. Patrick Flynn doesnt feel this trial was worth his time.
