D was charged with Assault in the Second Degree - Domestic Violence - and Felony Harassment both charges with Deadly Weapon enhancments for using a gun, and Possession of Stolen Property. This was a ... contested estate/will case where the alleged victim was seeking control of my client's parent's estate. Our investigation found the AV had forged a number of estate documents prior to her making up the charges against D.
