Hospital staff decided that the fracture was likely not the result of an accident, but likely an intentional act by one of the par ... ents. I successfully demonstrated to CPS and police with the opinions of other medical providers that the child's injury was the likely the result of the child's genetic disability and was consistent with an accident.
