The case was filed against 30 plus gang m ... embers, in the end, approximately 16 defendants elected to proceed to trial. Our group consisted of 10 or so defendants. The duration of the trial was 3 months. Of the group I was in, only 2 defendants were found to be not guilty by the jury. My client was one of the two.
