I have a lot of experience working with high quality attorneys in a commercial setting. Also I have worked with several attorneys over the years in relation to my divorce and subsequent proceedings mainly centered on child support but there were other issues. My experience with lawyers in the matri...monial setting was mixed. Kevin is the last attorney I worked with and the only one whom I strongly recommend, unlike others. He has been in practice for several decades and as a member of a significant Annapolis-based law firm, has access to attorneys in other practice areas if the need arises as it did in my case. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and experienced, responsive and effective, and willing to think outside of the box which is really saying something. Importantly, he is cost conscious and cares about delivering a cost-effective result, rather than some others who seemed overly eager to turn my money into theirs. Also, Kevin was an aggressive advocate for me in the court room and otherwise. Also, Importantly to me, he was empathetic, and expressed empathy while being very professional. Also, a situation arose that was quite awkward on a personal level, and he handled it not only well and gracefully, but without being judgmental which I appreciated. I only wish someone had referred me to him in the beginning. He came into the case at the very end with the obvious disadvantages of that and obtained the best result possible under the circumstances. I worked with him for a year and a half or so and would hire him again for personal work. I am a sophisticated client, and Kevin is the ONLY one of the family law attorneys that I dealt with whom I would recommend.
