Jennifer Wazenski is the attorney behind Watershed Legal Counsel. An environmental and natural resources attorney with more than 25 years’ experience representing businesses and State agencies, Jennifer has litigated and advised on many federal and State regulatory programs and led teams of attorneys in the delivery of coordinated, strategic legal services. Jennifer is an alumna of Big Law and the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, where she served as Principal Counsel to the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and Deputy Counsel to the Maryland Department of the Environment.
