If there was a way to rate less than one, this man and his law firm deserve a zero or a -5. Always unprepared. I never saw his office despite my multiple calls (a friend said "that is what they do in Baltimore"), He will always get documents the day before court date or sometimes in the court house ...on the hearing date (when do you prepare a defense or a strategy dear attorney) He first advised to countersue just to bump up his time and money arguing that it was the best strategy in case of divorce. while this aggravated the situation with my ex-wife he advised me to consent to a protective order where I did nothing and I had evidences and a witness, until this day I don't understand why you will ruin someone life just to make sure your firm is making money. Contersuing will mean that you are presenting another case against the plaintiff, which he never did, it was just a way to bill the time and make more money. Mr greenberg and his law firm are the place where you should never go. He prepared documents, billed me for the time spent preparing these documents and surprisingly never submitted the documents but I should pay for it while I was waiting to see the document submitted and was never aware that he decided not to submit my documents without consulting me. He sent me emails saying "this is what you can get at a minimum" but ended up going for less ( still today, my ex still owe what came from the settlement under his magnificiently poor advice) and convincing me to let my ex take my son to another state under the reason that if we are in the state where the defendant was moving I will have 50/50 physical and legal custody. Anyone else who saw my case and evidences wondered why I did not get full custody, Why focus on my immigration status when I already have a brilliant immigration attorney and have no issue with my lawful residency in the US? In term of confidentiality, don't trust this man, he called my immigration attorney to discuss the status of my bill and make me look bad. Today I have to travel from Maryland to Houston every other month to see my son, barely see/communicate with my boy, I'm still struggling because I have no family here and at that time I had been living in the US for 3 years including the 2 years I couldn't work, the support I was supposed to receive each month as child support for not making enough including my share on this marriage, the support my ex wife was federally binded to provide through a signed affidavit of support for leaving everything behind to come here were left on the table and this man called "greenberg" is going after my wage under the pretense that I did not finish paying him. My marriage was not a success, but picking the phone and contacting this man based on fake reviews online was the worst thing in my life. I could have just show up by myself at the court house and get better outcomes. NEVER GO TO THIS MAN AND HIS LAW FIRM. He will put you in a worst situation than the one you are trying to get out off. It's because of this kind of man that some people don't trust attorneys/lawyers.

Mr. Greenberg is an amazing person to have on your team. He represents his clients to the highest level of professionalism, making these “life” situations more practical.
