Nicole Harvey Ryan

Nicole H. Ryan is a family law attorney with Petrelli Previtera, LLC. She is often the first person a client speaks with at the firm, and she uses that conversation to listen, answer questions and help people understand what their situation actually involves before they decide anything.

"I understand that the legal process can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to family. My goal is to guide each client with both legal precision and genuine care, ensuring they not only survive their legal challenges but thrive beyond them," Nicole says.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2008 and has spent her career in family law, working with clients on child support, domestic violence, divorce and custody matters. She is a certified mediator with the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, which shapes how she approaches the emotional side of these cases alongside the legal one.

Her strength is listening closely and helping clients define their goals and understand the factors that matter in their case, so they move forward with knowledge instead of guesswork. Away from the office, Nicole lives with her husband, their three sons and their yellow Labrador, Bella. She is active in her family's school and athletic activities and enjoys reading, movies and travel.
