This was a will caveat case. I represented a daughter with contesting a will procured from her father shortly before his death. The will was procured by a cousin acting as the father's caregiver duri ... ng his last illness. After a 2 day trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the daughter on the basis of fraud, undue influence and incapacity and invalidated the will. The jury's verdict was upheld on appeal and the daughter is now entitled to take as the sole heir of her father's estate.
