I have prepared, filed, and prosecuted numerous original U.S. patent applications in various technology areas, including a number of highly complex computer applications. Through foreign associates, I have also prepared, filed, and prosecuted numerous PCT national phase applications.

I work with clients to understand their business objectives, and to provide counsel on the impact of Intellectual Property law on those objectives. I analyze patents to evaluate the risk associated with patent litigation and the risk of a product release. I also prepare and negotiate technology license agreements and provide advice on issues regarding collaboration, joint development, confidentiality, employment, and privacy.
