I had almost begun to think that I was asking for too much. Many attorneys tried to make me feel as if this expectation was not realistic. Joyce exceeds being honest, compassionate, and intelligent. I don't even think she charges more for delivering excellence but I haven't signed a retainer yet so stay tuned.
