This firm was retained to work with a Committee of yacht brokers to review and revise the standardized forms for brokers who are members of the YBAA. These contracts will be used in many vessel transac ... tions, especially on the Eastern Seaboard and though the Great Lakes area. If you are presented with a 2020 version of a YBAA contract, then it was drafted/revised by Mr. Lochner and Mr. Samarin.
