Biography
Dave has been practicing law since 1980 and mediating since 1998. He has extensive training in Collaborative Law and mediation. He has trained others in mediation and was a founding mediator for the Maryland District Court. Dave is also a trained Parent recently added Tori (TJ) Matton, LGSW, to his Annapolis Mediation team.
