Highly Recommend!
Going through a situation like a bankruptcy is very hard and unnerving. My husband and I were so thankful to find Dan at Russuck Law. He not only is a wealth of knowledge and expert in his field, but he also is very compassionate and kind. He made us feel calm and reassured in a very tremulous time o...

Incompetent, Irresponsible - Stay Away
We hired this attorney in July 2014 to foreclose on a delinquent loan in Maryland. The foreclosure sale was on Feb 27, 2015. However, he was not thorough in his work and did not send the proper notices to some agencies. However, he kept saying the sale is in the process of ratification as late as Sep...
I believe I handled your case with great care considering you were foreclosing on a second mortgage. To be clear, I cannot control the process of the courts to make sure they ratify your foreclosure case in your time frame. The jurisdiction (PG County, MD) where the case was filed takes around 6-7 months after the foreclosure sale to ratify foreclosure sales. If not for my skills and professionalism in catching this case when I did, to which I didn’t receive any notice of the problem by the way, then you wouldn’t be able to proceed to take control of the property. I was able to file a motion to hold this case open (free of charge) and my former firm filed a motion to allow for a post sale notice to be accepted as actual notice (also, free of charge). Your bullying response, not atypical for your type of business, to our firm who had walked this case through to this point and did the final tasks free of charge is unconscionable. It is my understanding that you received all the fees paid to the prior firm as a refund. With all due respect, I don’t believe your case was incompetently handled nor am I irresponsible in my prosecution of your second mortgage foreclosure.
