Jason Michael Setty

Jason Setty is an Associate with the Firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, land use, and business and commercial disputes. Mr. Setty brings years of real estate and title experience, having worked in title companies in Texas, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Setty is actively involved in representing the Firm’s affiliated title company, American Land Title Corporation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Setty was a litigation attorney at firms in Georgetown and Baltimore, and most recently, was a settlement attorney at a national title company in Washington, DC. Mr. Setty was also the first employee ever hired at American Land Title Corporation in 2004, where he worked while he pursued his law degree.

Mr. Setty holds an undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University (2002) and a law degree from the University of Baltimore (2008). He is admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
