Very inadequate poor representation of my workman compensation claims. I was hurt by a student. My entire left arm is not usable and now facing surgeries. Jason Plotkin did the least amount of work and court representation to not get sued. He did not even object during the hearing. I had to and the j...udge then hard to reach out and "wake him up" so he would respond to my answer. He did not even ask for TTD which is for workman comp insurance to provide salary replacement. It was awful. I asked for an appt prior to the hearing and was turned down. I knew things were not going well and wanted to make an attempt to discuss prior to hearing. So my cases went to appeal because of his poor representation. It should not have happened. I also lost one claim because he could not be bothered requesting witnesses etc. He quit on me right after this hearing. I asked him to settle it if they found me at max improvement but he ignored my request and quit. He left me with my cases closed or to appeal and the timeline for only 30 days to do it. I had no attorney nothing. The most hurtful thing he said to me was, "that he did not believe I was as injured as I said." Well look at my medical reports and talk to me doctors and do your job! I now need two surgeries, wrist and shoulder and have permanet disability. Stay away for workman comp claims.

Complete incompetence. It is crazy that there are good reviews on here. Perhaps they just cannot do workers comp/accident cases. They were unable to get my accident insurance to pay a dime out of my $10k PIP because worker's comp had paid for things, but worker's comp refused to pay $1661.54. The opp...osing insurance company offered $13k which I was told I would get, but then they backed out and dispensed $11k. I got $4597.34 of the $11k which should have been $13k. AND this sucked up a year of my life with only forced monthly updates and communication. To "help me out" after the disastrous outcome, their fee was lowered by 1%. I definitely could have handled this better on my own. Do law firms have any repercussions for total incompetence? I'm for sure going to find out. This should be reported anywhere it can be reported.
