Biography
Jared Jaskot loves going to trial on behalf of his clients. As an Assistant Public Defender from 2008-2012 in Baltimore, Maryland, Jared had over 300 trials and represented over 10,000 clients.
A born contrarian, Jared has a degree in Philosophy. After college, Jared spent two years working for the Peace Corps in El Salvador. While there, he became fluent in Spanish. He then attended law school at Georgetown University. Jared comes from a family dedicated to small business starting with his Grandfather and carried on by his Father.
Jared loves watching his wife Emily (also a Peace Corps volunteer) work in her garden, walking his dogs in Patterson Park and betting on horse races. Jared has a style all his own, from his bare ankles to his bowties to the hair on his head. He permits some people to call him JJ, which is Jota Jota in Spanish.
