RUN AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!!!!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!!!!! I originally Went to the law firm of Crawford and Associates and was given to Steven to represent me against Allstate. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. Dozens of calls to him for progress and no reply's even after the secretary told him to call me and posted many no...tes on his computer screen. I finally had to call the law firm president to get Steven to do anything. I personally talked to James Crawford owner of the law firm, He told me that Steven had so many complaints he asked Steve to leave the law firm. Private practice - It got worse; He wouldn’t answer my calls or respond to my text messages. The Only time i could talk to him was making a 23 mile drive to his office and waiting for him to show up. I strongly complained to him “MANY” times about his lack of diligence in representing my case and he just said he would do better and admitted he hadn’t represented me as best he could. I finally found the Carroll County Court house website and discovered document deadlines were missed. I texted and called many times to make sure documents were filed on time. He failed to file documents on time resulting in part of my lawsuit being dismissed. After Carroll County dismissed the case he allowed (without my consent) Allstate to move final part of case to federal court to Baltimore where he again failed to file proper paper work on time and “AGAIN” this part of the case was dismissed on February 14/2017. I discovered this when I went to the Baltimore court website and found the case was dismissed on February 14/17. I called and texted him about this and no response as usual. After many unanswered calls and text messages I finally went to his office” AGAIN” and surprised him. He denied the case was dismissed and for the next several months he still denied it. I finally called the Baltimore court house and talked to the clerk and he told me the case was dismissed months ago. Steven gave me another excuse that he didn't receive anything from the court showing the dismissal. He has been reprimanded by the Attorney Grievance Commission in 2016 for not providing proper representation to clients. I am currently filing with the Attorney Grievance Commission FOR THE SAME THING. After filing the grievance i received a phone call from an investigative attorney at the Attorney Grievance Commission and was informed that there were “MULTIPLE GRIEVENCES ALREADY” filed and they were now investigating him and my grievance would be next in line. WOW!! On September 19, 2017 the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland filed a Petition for Disciplinary or Remedial Action against Steven Shemenski because he failed to represent other clients with proper due diligence. After reading the courts findings afterward I found that he was doing the same thing to the other 3 clients as well. According to court documents he – failed to file paperwork, lied to the Attorney Grievance Commission, failed to represent clients with due diligence, failed to communicate. Because of his lack of proper representation even after I constantly reminded him, I lost almost $180,000 in possible recoverable moneys. RUN AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY -RUN AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
