When I first consulted Attorney Sharif Silmi over five years ago about pursuing an employment-based green card, my case was far from straightforward. I had spoken with other attorneys, and most were not optimistic about my chances. Sharif was the first attorney who truly believed that my academic bac...kground, professional accomplishments, and research contributions could support a strong case. From the beginning, he was honest about the challenges ahead. He never promised a quick or easy process. Instead, he emphasized that success would require patience, careful planning, and meticulous preparation. He provided a clear roadmap of the evidence, documentation, and achievements needed to build the strongest possible petition. The rest was up to me. I spent months gathering evidence, documenting my accomplishments, securing recommendation letters, and preparing the extensive supporting material based on the roadmap Sharif laid out. Throughout the process, Sharif and his team reviewed the materials, provided strategic guidance, and helped strengthen the petition. When USCIS issued a detailed seven-page Request for Evidence (RFE), it was understandably stressful. Sharif helped us develop a clear strategy for responding to every point raised in the RFE. While I invested a significant amount of time preparing the supporting documentation, his guidance on how to organize and present the response was invaluable. Together, we submitted a comprehensive response that ultimately led to the approval of our case. The entire journey took more than five years, but today our family has received our green cards. Looking back, I am grateful that Sharif saw the potential in my case when others did not. His experience, honesty, and strategic guidance gave me the confidence to pursue a path that ultimately changed our family's future. I recommend Sharif Silmi and his team to anyone pursuing a complex employment-based immigration case. They are knowledgeable, yet realistic about the work involved, and committed to helping clients build the strongest case possible and successfully get their Green Cards.
