Charles Lawrence Waechter

I hired Charles Waechter for a criminal case in Westminster. I discussed the case with him. He was professional in his discussion of the case with me. He did not make crazy promises or give me unrealistic expectations, he just discussed the case realistically. He then went to work, researching the ca...se, and doing whatever an attorney does behind the scenes to help me. He was responsive to questions and proactive in keeping me up to date with what was happening with my case. In the end he had my case end with an outcome I was incredibly happy with. Disregard any and all preconceptions you may have of attorneys. Charles is unique, particularly in his successes. Charles recommended steps to be taken for me to be in the best position to mitigate the pending charge. For example, advice was taken for assessment and counseling which was favorably ...acknowledged by the Court. Charles detailed knowledge of my situation and his positive relationship with the prosecuting attorney resulted in a negotiation and no-charge outcome. His office staff of two women is incredibly friendly too (unusually) responsive to calls of inquiry. Charles personally answered all telephone calls in an expedient manner reducing unnecessary anxiety. I highly recommend his expertise.
