James Mcguinn went above and beyond my expectations. He didn't sugar coat anything like some attorneys may do to get a client and I appreciate that he was straight forward about the case from the get go about potential outcomes. He was able to file suppression hearing and state ended up offering what... turned out to be a great deal considering everything. Mr Mcguinn worked on my case and as a result my family today breathes a huge sigh of relief. Originally faced serious potential prison time with the alleged felony drug charge and 2 misdemeanors charges. As a result of his defense I was able to get the two most serious charges dropped and today life is really good. Time with family is so important.
