Amy Joann Seifert

Several years ago Mom and I contacted Ms. Seifert to write a new will. We met with her several times and she and her office did exactly what was requested. Mom was in her very late 80's at the time and reasonably clear headed but wandered and chatted a bit. Ms. Seifert was patient, never spoke dow...n to Mom, always made sure she was a part of the decision making process. She suggested, correctly, that we also update the legal and medical powers of attorney, because as they age, some institutions question them. Neither Mom, nor I knew this and as time went on, her advise was excellent. The ONLY REASON i RATED HER LOWER ON "KEEPING IN TOUCH" IS WHEN i TRIED TO CALL HER NUMBER TODAY, THE NUMBER WAS OUT OF SERVICE. iT HAS BEEN SEVERAL YEARS, BUT PERHAPS WHEN CHANGING CONTACT INFORMATION A BLANKET PHONE CALL OR POSTCARD MAILING WOULD BE GOOD. Wills last a long time.
