Michael Golburgh

I was referred to Mr. Golburgh through my employer when I was attacked by a pitbull in my neighborhood. I wasn’t sure if I even had a decent case but after talking to Mr. Golburgh he helped me realize that I was indeed a victim who needed to be compensated. The owner of the dog thought this was a jo...ke, even though I ended up in the emergency room and was covered in blood. The owner blew off my initially personal requests to pay my ER copay. When this happened I knew I needed a lawyer. The dog owner eventually handed this issue over to his homeowners insurance company. This is where Mr. Golburgh really excelled as he was able to navigate the insurance company, respond to their bogus assertions with solid legal arguments and common sense. I was being bullied by my ex spouse who has a very aggressive personality, financial assets, and power from the previous custody agreement. I was sued to have my legal custody taken away as well as the little visitation time I had. Mr. Golburgh stepped in and blocked all the arrows of accusations and... fabricated stories 100%. Mr. Golburgh's strong suits are his willingness to listen, availability, and responsiveness. However, on the day of the trial, he failed to identify to the judge a point which ultimately decided the outcome. Afterward, he was non-apologetic of the oversight and became defensive when questioned abou...t the issue. I do believe he is well-intentioned, but would not trust him to handle any case of great importance, especially given the lack of accountability I experienced.
