Ms Karla is very unprofessional!,when I first met her I was told that she would do her job to keep me updated on everything,that did not happen,I had to call her when I needed information,& she was never available,there’s nothing she could tell me about my case ,where we at with it ,what the insuranc...e company was saying,she just kept saying I’m not available,she took on my case back in May it’s now November,& still haven’t heard anything,she tried to offer me $500 dollars until my case is over ,I spoke with her today & she was very nasty because I’m on her about my case ,her assistant picks up the phone when I call and always say she’s not available,my preference to you or anyone don’t waist your time with her someone referred me to her when u should of used the lawyer I normally use, I fired her today
