Mr. Rifkin is a former Adjunct Professor at Stevenson University. He taught many legal courses to undergraduate students. Mr. Rifkin has also chaired the Maryland State Bar Association Franchise and Distribution Law Committee. He is very a long-time member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising.
