Louis Glick

I chose this law firm after being referred by a friend. I was involved in what I was told was a pretty simple finder bender case. I had a couple issues with the firm initially which probably should have raised a red flag. The front desk staff has been rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions, th...e one time I complained to the attorney about the professionalism or lack there of the only response given was "OK" also at times its really difficult to get in touch with Mr. Glick or receive a return call until you've left countless messages or schedule an in person meeting, which obviously is an inconvenience if you have a simple question or comment. I was told in March that my case would be filed in the courthouse instead it wasn't filed until 4 months later, finally a court date (which I found myself online, case search) was given which turned out to be 10/3 which is a Jewish holiday. I was notified my court date would be rescheduled in advance due to observation of the holiday. I called multiple times to ask if I should still show for the court date even though Mr. Glick would not be in attendance, I was assured by staff and Mr. Glick himself that wasn't necessary and I would receive a letter with the new scheduled date. However Mr. Glick didn't notify the court until the day of my court date, and in return was denied by the judge and the case was thrown out. Almost 2 years after my accident and a 3rd court date later I'm still dealing with a "simple fender bender" and have simple unanswered questions that have to be answered via a google search! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Unprofessional, unaccountable, unreliable and downright a rip off. Your better off retaining the lawyer that says "If you have a job, you have a lawyer" RUNNNNN!
