There is no set time but I would follow up every 60 days, starting 60 days after the admin processing started, until they give you an answer

You no longer need the advance parole. However, if are planning to travel for a long time, you may later need a reentry permit.

You may renew your EAD without notifying the employer. However, it seems to me that you need an EAD to keep working and the employer will ask for...
