Alex Poberesky, Esq., is a committed advocate of the people. Originally from Moscow, his sense of justice was forged struggling against an oppressive Soviet regime as a member of the Soviet Refusenik movement and experiencing personal tragedy (loss of father) during that fight. As a trial attorney with a prestigious regional law firm, Mr. Poberesky successfully represented hundreds of clients throughout the courts of the state of Maryland and before the Federal and State Administrative Agencies. From serious auto accidents and job injuries to criminal cases, whether before a judge, jury, or Administrative Agency Mr. Poberesky defends the people’s rights.
