I retained this attorney for a child custody matter and paid a $3,500 retainer. His profile indicates that a complimentary consultation may be available; however, I was billed for my initial meeting and did not receive a free consultation. Over the course of the representation, I was billed for ne...arly every email and brief response. Despite the fees charged, I did not experience meaningful strategy, structured case planning, or proactive guidance. Settlement discussions occurred without my prior knowledge. On the day of a scheduled hearing, I was presented with a settlement proposal and given approximately 15 minutes to respond. I later learned that these discussions had taken place beforehand. Being asked to make significant custody decisions under that level of pressure was deeply concerning. During the hearing, I did not feel my attorney was fully prepared with key details of my case. I was left feeling unsupported at a critical moment involving my children. After $3,281.25 in billed fees, only $208.40 remained from my retainer. Custody litigation requires preparation, communication, and advocacy. That was not my experience. Prospective clients should ask detailed questions about billing practices, consultation policies, and hearing preparation before retaining this firm.

My lawyer knew exactly what to do after I had my car accident. It occurred on a Sunday and he still replied to me in a promptly manner. He made me life easier by continuing to keep contact with my insurance company and be other driver's insurance company. No worries and smooth sailing! I would use hi...m again for future services without a doubt.

Unfortunately, this was my worst experience with a lawyer. He came to court unprepared, and forgot my papers with him. He did not represent my interests at all, the judge would not let me speak and he did not fight for my opinion to be heard. During the breaks instead of talking to me about the case ...he would talk with hes other clients on the phone. I ended up loosing case because my case, due to my lawyer not representing me at all. Also, he did not my ex-wife any question, he would only ask her or her witnesses questions when I would tell him what questions to ask. Also, when witnesses answers contradicted each other he would not take that into account nor point it out to the judge, when I would confront him about it, he would say it did not matter. When the court was over, my court order was that the child agreement stays the same, no changes were made whatsoever. Plus, the child support went up even more. I would not suggest this lawyer to anyone. I think I would have been better off if I represented myself and not him representing me.
