Ayodele Omosefe Dayisi

Ayodele Dayisi practices immigration law in Baltimore Maryland where she represents families, individuals as well as large medium and small businesses across the country and all over the world. An immigrant herself, Ms. Dayisi is passionate and empathic to the client’s immigration needs and strives to help them achieve their desired results. She's extremely thorough and pays great attention to detail.

 She is focused on representing clients in filing various types of immigration applications including eployment based immigration, asylum, change of status and adjustment of status (green card).  She also specializes in family based applications - K-1 Fiancee/fiance and K-3 Spouse visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, VAWA, Naturalization and Waivers.

Ms. Dayisi is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association. In addition to her Immigration practice in Baltimore, she is a partner at YK Law LLP where she practices principally in the areas of immigration, corporate and international law, with emphasis on joint venture transactions, litigation, commercial negotiations, dispute resolution, and entertainment law matters.

Ms. Dayisi has amassed extensive experience in cross-border transactions having been admitted to the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2004. She is Fluent in English, Yoruba and Edo languages.
