Biography
I have been practicing Criminal Law exclusively for 39 years in all Maryland State and Federal Courts. Durinng my tenure I have had the pleasure of being granted "Pro Hoc Vice"status (temporary Bar Admittance) in 12 other states and 10 other Federal Jurisdictions in Criminal Cases. While I am, on occasion, requested to leave Maryland for a particular case, I try to stay in state. I have tried roughly 150 jury trials during my career in every County/City in Maryland, 20 of which have been murders; and have had virtually 1000's of misdemeanors matters before District Courts; e.g. DWI, Theft, Assault, Drug Possession/Distribution, and more.
