You should speak with an attorney specialized in Canada immigration law. Since you lived in US for a while, it may not be possible.
My recommendation would be to schedule a consultation with an immigration attorney, who will review the charges and the disposition.
It does not really matter, but wait at least 90 days after you entered US.
If you are a permanent resident over 5 years, you may apply for naturalization regardless if you are married to a US citizen or not.
