You should not have a problem leaving US. The bigger question is if you will ever be able to come back to US.

I am not sure how they cannot find your case if you have a receipt notice. Either wait and see or engage an immigration attorney who will look into...

Your question is unclear. If your spouse filed a petition on your behalf and you received the receipt notices. the next step will be the biometrics.

What do you mean by I-175? I have heard of I-175 Interstate only... As a rule of thumb, any work without work authorization, is unauthorized work.
