Representing newly created Md Deposit Insurance Fund, we were successful in having Maryland's highest court affirm the Circuit Court's dismissal of the Plaintiff's challenge to the State's depositor repayment plan.

Thrasher v. Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., 154 Md. App. 77, 838 A.2d 392, cert. den., 380 Md. 619, 846 A.2d 402 (2003)

Representing the mortgage lender, we were successful in having Maryland's intermediate appellate court affirm the circuit court's dismissal of the suit, and were successful in having Maryland's highest court deny the borrower's petition for certiorari.
