Biography
I graduated from the University of Baltimore’s School of Law in 2003. I served as a law clerk and Assistant State’s Attorney with the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office for five years, helping victims of crime in Baltimore County obtain justice. During my tenure, I saw first-hand how intimidating and overwhelming the criminal justice system can be to those uneducated or unfamiliar with it. Currently, I practice criminal defense and personal injury in Towson, Maryland, and help individuals protect and enforce their rights. Mr. Carr is experienced in district, circuit, and juvenile courts.
