"Beware" Stay away from this guy

Hired this guy for my wife in May 2012, I believe (been so long ago). For a simple Bankrupcty filing. Paid his fee (which is double what everyone else ask, I found out later) in full, supplied all paper work and every thing else asked within a week of when we first hired the guy. Now it's what? Octo...ber! Our case hasn't even been filed yet!! I've called bunch of times and when he does answer there is always some B.S. He even went as far as " Yes I did file it. No I don't have the case number yet. I had to sign up and go on Pacer web site to find out he never filed. Yeah, stay away from this guy! I don't know what his problem is, but he now has me to contend with on top of it, cause now he's pissed me off and I'm not done with him.
