Jeremy is an experienced litigator who focuses on using creative methods to obtain favorable results for clients, even when those clients begin in a disadvantaged position. Jeremy represents commercial clients in Maryland and across the country in construction disputes, business disputes, and all manner of related litigation. Jeremy also has significant experience in landlord-tenant disputes, insurance disputes, and litigating complex legal issues including interstate / international jurisdiction and impact / delay claims.
In representing construction clients, Jeremy has recovered tens of millions of dollars for them by filing mechanic’s liens, bond claims, federal and state lawsuits, arbitrations, as well as engaging in out-of-court negotiations and mediations. In every case, Jeremy stays mindful of his clients’ bottom line, whether a dispute is over $5,000.00 or $5,000.000.00.
Jeremy also reviews contracts for clients and drafts custom contracts and document regimes

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have known and been a close colleague of Jeremy's since the first week of law school. Since that time, I have had the opportunity to not only learn from him, but work with him on complex construction and other litigation matters. He is diligent, knowledgeable and passionate with every case he handles. Jeremy has also proved to be an excellent sounding board for cases that need deep discussion and analysis. It has been a pleasure having Jeremy in my corner and someone I can rely upon when needed. I highly endorse this attorney.
