When I did my green card application I got an attorney to assist me in reviewing documents I had already filled out. So I went to Attorney Elliott and he said he would assist me and he told me that he needed a down payment of 500.00. I paid him the money and I kept trying to get in touch with him and... to no avail. Had to find another attorney to get the job done and lost my 500.00

He even worked out a payment plan to meet our financial obligations. With his assistance I petitioned for my wife and time was of the essence because if she did not receive her GREEN CARD she would have " overstayed" her welcome and eventually make our case even harder. Now I am a "Baptist" so I can't give him all the credit but somehow we were able to obtain my wife's GREEN CARD with little resistance. He is worth all the money, honest, and he actually cares about his clients when a lot of other immigration lawyers just care about the large fees hey charge. He is the BEST OF THE BEST! You will not go wrong choosing this guy and let me just say this...I am an extremely picky person and I am hard to please but he his attention to detail and his preparation and knowledge surpasses all others that I have contacted.

James helped and advised me in the process of getting my citizenship (greencard). He clearly knows what he does, was accurate and quick to respond to messages or paperwork send in to check.
