Represent owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and materialmen on issues involving acceleration, resequencing, impact and delay claims, actual and constructive suspensions of work, terminations for default and convenience, change order, extra work, overtime, and force account disputes, requests for equitable adjustments, mechanics’ liens, payment and performance bond claims, insurance claims and disputes, and prompt payment and conditional payment disputes.

Counsel contractors with procurement and contract negotiation issues in the local, state and federal procurement arena. Experience with FAR, DFAR, and related state and local procurement regulations. When claims and/or disputes cannot be otherwise resolved, represent contractors before state and federal boards of contract appeals and in the Court of Federal Claims.

Assist creditors in large and complex bankruptcy cases to maximize recovery of amounts owed. Prosecute claims against debtor related entities in bankruptcy court when appropriate. Defend adversary proceedings, preference actions and other claims where the debtor, trustee, or creditors' committee is seeking to recover amounts paid by debtor for the benefit of the estate.

Represent business and individual clients involved in general and complex commercial related disputes.
