I  focus on technology providers in the defense and intelligence community, banks and financial institutions and biotechnology and software companies. With my legal and management experience, I assist clients in developing integrated business and legal strategies.

Before his return my return to private practice in 1997,I served for three years as the head of the International Business Group for York International Corporation, a billion-dollar division with operations in over 100 countries. During the previous two years, I served as York’s General Counsel. Mr. Washburne’s international experience was honed negotiating acquisitions on joint ventures throughout Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
